Causes of Leakage and Furnace Accidents


1. The cooling time of the molten iron is too long and the cover is closed, and it is thermally expanded again. The extrusion lining causes cracks in the lining. During the melting process, the molten iron passes through the crack, causing the furnace to pass through, or ejecting from the knot, causing the furnace accident.

2. As the medium frequency furnace age increases, the volume of the lining becomes larger, the amount of molten iron in the furnace increases and the furnace lining is thinner. Partially unable to withstand the pressure of molten iron caused the furnace to be worn, the lining of the lining did not meet the requirements or partially brought in impurities and was not found, resulting in the smelting from the above defects. The lining is quenched to produce cracks that pass through the crack during the smelting process.

Precaution:


From the beginning of the medium frequency furnace construction, special personnel must be strictly managed to ensure that each furnace lining is consistent. No debris is allowed to fall into the lining during knotting. Before each feeding, it is necessary to observe whether there is crack in the lining, and the perforation may cause the phenomenon of wearing the induction furnace. If there is a problem, it must be treated. During the smelting process, due to equipment failure or other factors, it is impossible to open the furnace for a long time. The molten iron should be turned out of the furnace to prevent the cover. The clean water pump can't work. When the production water stops, the lower water pump valve is opened, and the lower water pump is used to supply water to the furnace body. However, the pump water pump valve should be adjusted to reduce the water in the furnace body, and then the large well is low. The water intake valve opens.
